Andar Bahar is a 50/50 betting game. The dealer draws one card (the Joker), then deals cards alternately to Andar and Bahar. The side that gets a card matching the Joker's rank wins.
Both. Teen Patti and Poker require hand-reading, bluffing, and position play. Andar Bahar is 50/50 luck. v3 card games are skill-based under Indian law.
